Based in London, UK and Houston, TX, Stephen is a Technology Consultant, Director of CAS Ltd and President of CAS Inc. Extensive knowledge and experience gained from more than 40 years in IT, 30 years in Technology Consulting. Core skills are in IT and Telecoms Strategy, Audit, Design, Business and User requirement analysis and Implementation Management.
Stephen has a deep understanding of Technology systems and services gained from 5 years as Telecommunications Manager of London Stock Exchange, long term secondments to government departments and 12 years as lead Subject Matter Expert for trading technology for a top 50 global Energy company.
His most recent work is for the delivery of a private Cloud service, a 3-year project involving business case development, specification, procurement and contract negotiation; the delivery management covering over 20 sites in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
Merl joined CAS in December 2000 after a long career in the events and travel industries, where she worked on conferences, events and on road shows in some 30 cities throughout the world. Events such as Trafalgar Day the 200th commemoration of Nelson’s victory at the Battle of Trafalgar; attended by the Royal Family - Trafalgar Square, London; the Commonwealth Games - Manchester and the Annual ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) Conventions in London, Palma, Acapulco, Budapest, Orlando and Birmingham.
Merl became Office Manager in July 2006 where she has used her extensive experience over 30 years in administration, marketing, events, production and design and operations. She manages CAS Ltd and offers remote support to CAS Inc in Houston, Texas.
Merl brings to the team strong organisational skills, creative flair, aptitude for dealing with people and most importantly, good humour!
Based in the South of England, Greg is the Resourcing Manager for CAS, and Sales and Client Development consultant for selected CAS projects.
Extensive knowledge and experience gained from more than 30 years in the Automotive Industry in Sales Management and 4 years with CAS. Core skills are in matching client needs to CAS resources, sales planning for key projects and customer service. Greg has strong communications skills, dealing with CAS client processes and ensuring CAS resources and skill sets are in line with emerging client needs.
Greg’s most recent work is for the award and management of Government framework contracts for Digital Outcomes and G-Cloud, and the management of resource allocation for a large NHS Trust. Over the past 2 years, Greg has provided client advice for a global energy company which has enabled CAS to be more efficient in the delivery of its services.
