Approach

CAS' continued success in a highly competitive market is due to its breadth of expertise and the systematic approach taken to ensure that clients receive a superior service. Whilst the approach is tailored to each individual client, it broadly follows the same framework:

  • At inception a Business Process Review is conducted to develop a clear understanding of the clients' needs and to maximize their Return on Investment [ROI].The business process review captures and can expand into Re-design, Re-engineering and of course any resultant documentation at all stages.
  • A Director of CAS is appointed for the duration of the assignment to guarantee quality control. Acting as the Auditor to the project they oversee the observance of and adherence to Terms of Reference, the feasibility of proposed solutions and establish technical and financial accuracy.
  • For each assignment CAS consultants work to a pre-defined set of milestones. The regular meetings are held to check progress and address concerns.
  • The CAS charging policy means that the clients pays only for the specific work carried out by consultants. Overheads, such as management and administrative fees are not added.
