It finishes with setting, measuring and reporting against process performance targets, with guidance on process improvement, and finally recommendations on how to maintain and keep processes up-to-date through regular reviews. The book contains a toolkit of many models, example processes and procedures, and templates(process flowcharts and process text documents) for the reader to create and use, all based on the use of software that most people have on their computers, so no extra cost.
