Using newly acquired software CAS are now better able to cope with the demands and to speed up a clients request for telephony billing and audit surveys such as might reduce immediate and long term expenditure for lines and paid minutes. This is particularly important with the constraints on spending within the public sector - local government and the NHS.

The software also facilitates the creation of an accurate database of products and services and will identify anomalies on a month by month basis thereby ensuring more accurate control.
