We are pleased and proud to announce that Richard Gandon - Principal Consultant with CAS has completed the draft of his book - Writing Business Processes 'A Practical Approach' and it is currently being proof read.

Richard has based his work upon his extensive and expert knowledge gained working for an array of international and household brand names including BT, Vodafone and Telstra. More recently he spent a period of time developing and subsequently proving the billing and services infrastruture for a PTO in Bahrain.
